Level 14: Preparation

Step 1: Wash & Sanitize your hands. Clean your working area. Disinfect table/cosmetic chair after each client. Use a clean linen/towel for every client. Set up your work area with clean tools. Wash & Sanitize your hands.

Step 2: Go over client release form and check that it is complete. Make sure they are a candidate for eyelash extensions. If your client is wearing contacts, ask them to remove them before you begin. Wash & Sanitize your hands in front of your client before you begin.

Step 3: Have your client lie down in a comfortable position. They will be lying down a long time and if they are not comfortable they will move around and make the application difficult for you and create a bad experience for them.
